Mama & Baby Yoga
Enjoy postpartum and first months of motherhoods with yoga. You will not only release emotion and stress of the birth but also strengthen and refresh your body phisically and mentaly. While you practice yoga, your baby is with you in your space, affected by your emotional state of balance and peace. Practuce yoga with your baby and other mums. There is time for you for baby and for tea.
At yoga for Mothers and Baby you will:
- Provide a safe environment in which you can bond with your baby
- Build patience and inner calm
- Rejuvenate the mind and increases energy
- Reduce stress and relax the entire body
- Stabilize and strengthen your back, arm, leg and buttock muscles
- Strengthen the muscles of your pelvic floor
- Release tension in your shoulder and neck muscles
- Learn how to give your baby a delightful and healthy massage
Your baby can play in the middle with other babies or lay just close to you.
During the class we will have some exercise that involve the baby.
You are welcome with the baby min. 3 weeks old.
The course is in English, but Danish speakers are welcome as well, and can get some explanation in Danish as needed.
